Where to Buy the IJMB Form 2026

The IJMB registration form for the 2026/2027 academic session is purchased and completed entirely online through the official IJMB portal at www.ijmb.info.

There is no physical form to buy from a bookshop or bank. There is no need to visit any IJMB office. Everything is done online — from account creation to downloading your admission letter.

    ⚠ Scam Warning

Beware of individuals or websites selling "IJMB forms" outside of www.ijmb.info. The only legitimate place to purchase and fill the IJMB 2026 registration form is through the official portal. Do not pay into any personal bank account.

How Much Does the IJMB Form Cost in 2026?

The official IJMB registration form fee for 2026/2027 is ₦10,000. This fee is paid online through the portal after you have filled in your application details. Payment is processed securely via Paystack.

How to Fill the IJMB Form Correctly

The form has four main sections. Here is what each requires and common mistakes to avoid:

    Section 1: Personal Details

    • Surname: Enter exactly as it appears on your O-Level certificate — spelling must match
    • First Name and Middle Name: As on your certificate
    • Date of Birth: Must match your birth certificate or O-Level certificate
    • State of Origin: Select your actual home state — this affects centre assignment in some cases
    • Guardian Details: Parent or guardian name, phone number, and occupation
    • Residential Address: Where you currently live (not necessarily your state of origin)

    Section 2: O-Level Details

    • Exam Type: Select WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or "Awaiting Result" if you haven't received results yet
    • Exam Year: The year you sat the exam (e.g., 2024 or 2025)
    • Exam Number: Your WAEC or NECO examination number (found on your result or slip)
    • Subjects and Grades: Enter each subject and your grade. Use A1, B2, B3, C4, C5, C6, D7, E8, F9 format for WAEC grades

If you are awaiting results, select "Awaiting" and upload your examination slip as proof.

    Section 3: Programme Selection

    • Preferred Centre: Choose the IJMB study centre closest to where you will be living during the programme. See our full list of centres
    • Subject Combination: Choose the three A-Level subjects that match your intended university course. See our subject combinations guide
    • Intended Course: The university course you plan to study (e.g., Medicine, Engineering, Law)
    • Academic Session: Select 2026/2027

    Section 4: Document Uploads

    • Passport Photograph: Recent photo, white background, clear face, JPEG or PNG format, under 2MB
    • O-Level Result: Upload a scan or clear photo of your WAEC/NECO certificate or result slip

    Reviewing and Submitting Your Form

Before paying, review every detail carefully — especially your name, date of birth, and O-Level grades. Errors in these fields must be corrected before payment. Once you click Submit and pay the form fee:

    • Your form is locked and cannot be edited
    • Your application moves to "Submitted" status
    • The admissions team begins processing your documents
    • You will receive a confirmation email immediately

    What Happens After Submission?

After submitting your form and paying the fee:

    1. Your application is reviewed within 2–5 working days
    2. If your documents are in order, you receive an admission offer notification
    3. You pay the acceptance fee and tuition to complete enrolment
    4. Your admission letter is uploaded to your dashboard for download
    5. You report to your assigned study centre on the resumption date
