How to Log In to the IJMB Student Portal
Once you have created your account on the IJMB registration portal, logging in is straightforward:
- Go to www.ijmb.info/login
- Enter the email address you used when registering
- Enter your password
- Click "Login"
You will be taken directly to your personal student dashboard.
What You Can Do on the IJMB Student Dashboard
Your dashboard is the control centre for your entire IJMB application. Here is what each section shows:
Application Status
The dashboard shows your current application status in real time:
- Draft — You have started but not yet paid the form fee
- Submitted — Form fee paid, application under review
- Under Review — Admissions team is processing your documents
- Admitted — Your application has been approved
- Active — Tuition paid and enrolment complete
Application Form
Access and complete your application form. Once submitted (after payment), the form is locked and becomes a read-only record of your registration details.
Documents
Upload and view your documents — passport photograph, O-Level result, and admission letter. Documents can be uploaded directly from your phone or computer.
Payments
View all payments made, including the form fee and any tuition or hostel payments. Each payment shows the amount, date, reference number, and status.
Admission Letter
Once you are admitted, your admission letter appears here for download as a PDF. Print it and bring it to your study centre on resumption day.
I Can't Log In — What Should I Do?
Forgot Password
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your registered email and you will receive a reset link. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within 5 minutes.
Email Not Recognised
Make sure you are using the same email address you used when registering. If you are not sure which email you used, contact support at support@ijmb.info.
Account Not Verified
You must verify your email before you can log in. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the verification email sent when you registered. If you need the verification link resent, contact support.
Portal is Loading Slowly
This is usually a network issue. Try refreshing the page, switching from mobile data to WiFi (or vice versa), or clearing your browser cache. The portal works best on Chrome or Firefox.
How to Check Your Application Status Without Logging In
If you cannot access your account, you can check your application status by emailing support@ijmb.info with your full name and the email address you used to register.
Keeping Your Account Secure
- Never share your password with anyone — including people claiming to be IJMB staff
- Always log out after using the portal on a shared device
- Use a unique password that you do not use for other websites
- If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, change your password immediately and contact support
